I had the honor to fly out to the beautiful island of Grenada for an Weider appearance. The promoters and officials flew me in first class and treated me nothing less than first class for the whole 5 days I was there.
It was the Central Carribean Bodybuilding Championship where the overall recieves his procard. Other pros recieveing their procard from there where Darrem Charles, Desmond Milller just to name a couple.
I had a blast and made alot of friends and connections to other Carribean islands. My plan for next year is to do a Carribean tour and visit as many island as possible.
The show was great and I had no idea they had so many athletes males and females. The place was packed with people from all over the island even that most of them never even been in a gym before but they all came out to support the show and went nuts.
This was one of the guestposing for me to remember forever!

Hey everybody, Thank's again for all the support throughout the entire Mr. Olympia Weekend. It is hard to believe it has come and gone. Just got back from Cali from several photo shoots and also sat in the audience of Dancing with the Stars to cheer on Chuck Liddell. Now it's back to guest posing every weekend. I am currently in Utah for a few appearances and then back to Vegas to shoot My NEW DVD. It is going to be more training oriented and will be available on my website soon. We are also Launching a new T3AM CUTLER apparel line as well as Swollen Monkey gear. Things are crazy right now but I am already back to training and focusing on next year. My weight is over 285lbs now and I am still real lean. Don't forget to check out my website at www.jaycutler.com.

Wow! What a great weekend of events. I'm exhausted! I want to thank all the fans, the sponsors and the competitors that made this weekend the best in bodybuilding! I also want to thank all the doubters that thought I couldn't win my third Sandow. It definitely helped fuel my fire every day in the gym. I also want to thank everyone that helped me prepare for the show. These things don't happen without the help and support of family and friends. I am going to enjoy this victory and see what happens next.

Last night reminded me of why I love the sport of bodybuilding so much...THE FANS. I want to personally thank all the fans that came to the press conference and the "Meet the Olympians" event last night. The turnout was unbelievable. It's because of you that I get to pursue something I truly love, the Sport of Bodybuilding. Now it is Showtime. I feel I am in the best shape of my life and only have to wait a few more hours now to reveal my new physique. It should be one of the most exciting shows in Olympia history. See you tonight at the pre judging!

Finished my 2 day shoot and all went great. I had alot of fun shooting with Kevin Horton who is an outstanding photographer. I usually don't do photo shoots when I'm in my carb depleting phase since this is when I look the worst but this time it's all a little different working with George really showed me that it is possible for me to look like I usually do a few weeks out from a show. Even being depleted with less than 70g of carbs a day for 5 days I'm still somewhat big and full and from now on it's just a matter of putting a bit of carbs back in starting tomorrow and dropping some water which I will totallly leave up to George. He proved to me a few times this year that he knows how to get me in shape and dial me in the final days before the show.
I feel ready and I really can't wait to display my physique come Friday and Saturday. I will post a sneak peak for you the fans to see what DJ is bringing to Vegas

"Its time to drop the D.O.A."

That's what a friend of mine told me. The O is right around the corner and everything couldn't get any better.
Can't wait to step on stage and show my fans and the entire world the new Toney Freeman. At this time last year i
felt good, this year i feel even better.

The D.O.A. to me, represents all the past shows I've done and how each and every one of them helped me get to where I'm at today.... this years Olympia, one for the history books the whole build of it,
